1. Payment Processing
Scritee.com (“SCRITEE”) utilizes Shopify Payments as our exclusive, secure payment processor for all online orders of printed apparel and custom clothing. All transactions are completed through Shopify’s PCI DSS compliant system, ensuring fully encrypted and protected payment handling for every purchase.
2. Accepted Payment Options
We support a wide range of secure payment methods via Shopify Payments:
- Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Network-linked debit cards
- Shop Pay for fast, streamlined checkout
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay (service available in supported regions)
3. Order Payment & Authorization
Full payment will be collected and fully authorized at checkout once you submit your order.
Immediate payment capture is required to confirm order production and processing.
SCRITEE reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order if payment fails verification, authorization is declined, or the transaction is flagged for fraudulent activity.
4. Currency and Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on regional regulations. Any cross-border transaction fees or currency conversion charges are determined and charged by your card-issuing bank or financial institution, in accordance with their individual terms and conditions, as well as Shopify Payments policies.
5. Refund Terms
All approved refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout through Shopify Payments.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account balance. International banking institutions may require additional processing time.
Original transaction processing fees charged by Shopify Payments are non-refundable. No extra administrative fees will be charged for standard refund processing.
6. Order Cancellation and Payment Interception
Should you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider prior to order delivery, we reserve the right to intercept your shipment and issue a full refund. You may place a new order once your refund has been fully processed and received.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
For any billing errors, payment concerns, or order-related issues, please contact our support team first for prompt resolution.
Unnecessary or unauthorized chargeback requests may lead to shipment cancellation, order suspension, and account review.
Our team will address all payment disputes fairly and in full compliance with card network regulations and Shopify Payments operational standards.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-leading encryption technology and secure data tokenization to safeguard your payment information and personal details. SCRITEE does not store complete credit card or sensitive payment data on our internal servers, delivering maximum privacy and transaction security for every customer.
