Refund policy

Thank you for choosing SCRITEE's custom apparel service. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized products. Due to the nature of custom-made items, this policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and after-sales support.


1. Nature of Custom Products

SCRITEE custom products (including but not limited to personalized designs, custom text, and made-to-order sizing) are produced specifically based on your order. Unless the issue arises from our error, custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to buyer's remorse or change of mind.


2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2–3 hours after placing it.
Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Returns & Refunds – Eligible Scenarios

A. Refund or Remake (Due to Our Error)

If any of the following issues occur, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item. We will arrange a refund or a free remake:

  • Defective product (e.g., damage, stains, severe printing errors)

  • Product does not match your custom specifications (e.g., wrong design, style, or size)

  • Item was damaged during transit

We will cover all related shipping and handling costs in such cases.

B. Non-Returnable Scenarios

The following situations will not qualify for a return or refund:

  • The custom product has no quality issues, but you no longer like it or selected the wrong size (we produced exactly as per your order details)

  • The product quality is affected by the custom content you provided (e.g., low-resolution images, copyrighted material)

  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or its tags removed

  • The order could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you


4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email assist@scritee.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Pack the item securely (including original packaging and tags) and send it to the address provided.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SCRITEE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we arranged the pickup.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • If the return is due to our error, we will refund the full purchase price (original shipping costs may also be covered depending on the situation)


6. Exchanges & Remakes

For custom products that were incorrect due to our fault, we will prioritize remaking the item at no additional cost, and in many cases, we will not require the original item to be returned.

We do not offer direct exchanges for custom items due to personal preference. If you wish to order a different design or size, please place a new order after the original order has been refunded (if applicable).


7. Special Note for EU Customers

If your shipping address is in the European Union, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, please note:

  • The cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made goods once production has begun

  • We will notify you when production starts; by placing an order, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once production commences
