Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are subject to a processing period before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing time typically takes between 1-5  business days. During this time, we verify payment details, perform quality checks on your items, and carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher than usual order volumes. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you immediately via email to provide an updated timeline.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Malta, Slovenia, Croatia. Shipping is not available to some islands and remote areas.

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs and location. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

For order below $49.97, Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days Shipping via USPS, DHL, Royal Mail. Cost: 8.99 USD.

For order over $49.98, Free Shipping 10-25 business days Shipping via USPS, DHL, Royal Mail. Cost: 0 USD.

Cost varies by order weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Rates and Charges

The total shipping cost for your order will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping thresholds. These promotions will be clearly advertised on our website and applied automatically at checkout when qualifying conditions are met.

International Shipping and Customs

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries around the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid to SCRITEE. Additionally, international deliveries may experience longer transit times due to customs processing requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your confirmation email. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. SCRITEE cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered the processing stage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SCRITEE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We encourage you to provide a secure delivery location or consider requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination country regulations. If your order contains an item that cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected items.
